How does Alexa® AR work?
ORTHO-K OR ORTHOKERATOLOGY IS A NON-SURGICAL SOLUTION FOR CHILDREN, TEENAGERS AND ADULTS WITH MYOPIA, HYPERMETROPIA AND ASTIGMATISM, WHICH USES CONTACT LENS THAT ARE SPECIALLY DESIGNED TO BE WORN OVERNIGHT, MEANING THEY CORRECT YOUR VISION WHILE YOU SLEEP.
ALEXA AR lenses are orthokeratology contact lenses. Wearers put in the ALEXA AR lenses before going to bed. While they sleep, ALEXA AR lenses gently alter the corneal curvature so that light that enters the cornea is properly focused onto the retina. When users wake up and remove the lenses, they will be able to see correctly and won’t need glasses or contact lenses.

Who can benefit from Alexa® AR?
Alexa AR contacts can be used by children, teenagers and adults with the following circumstances:

Users with myopia

Growing children with myopia

Users who want to be able to see during the day without using contact lenses or glasses

Users who want to do sport with total freedom

Users who don’t want to undergo refractive surgery
